Shipping prices have risen recently. I do my best to keep affordable rates, but yearly and seasonal shifts in price is unfortunately out of my control. I only charge what the post office charges me. I do not make profit on shipping prices and if there are any mistakes, I will refund overages. please email me with any questions!
Processing time has risen to 7-10 days. Your package may ship sooner than this but this will be my policy just in case. I do my very best to get packages packaged and shipped as soon as I can, but I am the sole employee of my company, I do not have help. I am a full time college student and also in flight training. Please have patience as I work to fulfill orders! My shop has grown astronomically this year and I'm still learning as I go. Feel free to email me with any questions and I'll be happy to help!
Shipping notifications will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Double check your email when placing your order! If it is incorrect, you will not receive your order confirmation or shipping notifications. Also be sure to check your spam folder!
Please note that when you initially receive your first shipping notification, it is telling you that I have created the label for your package and that I am getting ready to ship it. If your parcel's tracking doesn't update for awhile after that notification, do not worry. It is not lost on USPS's end. I simply haven't taken the package to the post office yet. When it is in USPS's possession, they will scan the package and your tracking will update.
If you order 1 slime, your package will be shipped first class mail. This will take 5-7 days usually to be delivered. If you order more than 1 slime, your package will ship priority and should arrive within 2-5 days. International order shipping times vary. I cannot give an estimate as each country has different customs policies. I've had international packages get delivered in a week. I've also had them take four months.
Please keep in mind that processing times and shipping times are different. It will take 7-10 days for me to process and package your order, and then an additional 2-7 days to arrive to you per USPS. I appreciate your patience as I navigate this new chapter for my store!
I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. It is the buyer‘s responsibility to inform themselves of the products they are purchasing by reading slime descriptions and FAQs. However, feel free to email me with any issues with your order and I will do my best!
While I do my best to combine orders and refund any differences in shipping, it is becoming more and more difficult to do so due to the sheer number of orders received. If you place multiple orders, feel free to email me and I will do my best to combine them. However, this can no longer be guaranteed and you may receive two packages in the mail.
I am sorry to hear that your slimes were damaged during shipping! Unfortunately, once packages leave my possession, it is no longer my responsibility. I use clarified, thick wall containers to prevent cracking and package each order as best I can to prevent this issue. I suggest contacting your shipping provider. Please email me with a photo of the damage, I will do my best to help!
It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is correct. If you have put in the wrong address, feel free to email me and I might be able to fix the issue. However, once the package leaves my possession, there is not much I am able to do. I will not refund orders sent to the wrong place. I suggest contacting your shipping provider.
Please email me to let me know of your issue. I can submit missing mail reports on my end and you can submit one as the receiver. If the parcel cannot be tracked, it’s unfortunately out of my control.
