How do I order?

I restock the shop monthly. Please set an alarm on your device to remind you 5 minutes prior to launch to visit pilotslime.com. My slimes tend to sell out the first night of launch, some even in minutes! It’s imperative to be on time to ensure the slimes don’t sell out before you’re able to purchase.

When will my order ship?

We currently have a 10-14 business day processing time due to high order volume and only the two of us packaging (Hi! We are Sarah & Trav, PilotSlime owners!) You will receive an email with your tracking number when we create your shipping label. Please note that orders are shipping in increments. Even if you ordered on launch day you may still be at the back of “the list” since most orders are placed all at once. Thanks so much for your patience.

Can I combine my orders?

We are happy to finally be able to combine orders. Please email us with your order number by SUNDAY at midnight after the restock so we are able to accommodate this.

I put in the incorrect address! Help?

Please email me at pilotslimeshop@gmail.com ASAP so I can help! Unfortunately, I cannot change the address once the package ships out.

Can I buy slime for my kids?

Yes! I recommend adult supervision for children under 6 years of age. Please also note that slime is temperature sensitive and can stick to carpet, furniture, clothing, pets, etc.! For younger people, consider a clay slime (butter or slay), cloud or cloud creme slime or jelly slime—they’re a bit easier to handle/take care of. (see slime care page!)

will this collection return in the future?

There are no guarantees for these particular slimes to return! Most of my slimes are single-batch, exclusive. Definitely check out our flight log to see which slimes your interested in ☻

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide! We are not responsible for your country's duty or tax.
